3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of services and digital goods:
● Digital products: Non-refundable
● Branding services: Refunds not provided once work begins
● 1:1 consults or sessions: May be rescheduled 24+ hours in advance. No refunds for
missed sessions
● Physical products (merch): Follow the return policy listed on the product page
4. Payment Terms
All payments are due at checkout unless otherwise noted. Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal,
Wix Payments) handle secure transactions.
